Return, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

We work more personally with each buyer to avoid the return of the artworks. so we insist all buyers ask for more details about the artwork before ordering. we will provide real photos or videos to the buyer to make sure the buyer is happy with the artwork and the current status of the artwork before packing it.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after the shipper receives the package, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns or refunds are not acceptable for the following situations

  • Custom Artworks or Custom size art prints
  • Delayed delivery due to lockdown or restrictions in your address

Defective Original Artworks

We accept returns if the return is a result of our error, that is if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please email us at hello@artdhope.org with supporting photographs for reporting any damages within 24-48 hours of receipt of the artwork. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us. The product will have to be self-shipped to us in the same condition it was delivered. upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and if the artwork defect can be rectifiable we will correct it and delivered it to you in pristine condition or a full refund will be made as per terms and conditions. Please note that the rectification of damage of products is subjected to the availability of the service at the time of returning the product.

Please note: in case of a defective product received at your end, you must notify ArtDHope within 24-48 hours.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Art Print Return

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order contact us immediately

The return address is set by default to the our facility (we will provide it when you contact us). When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If provided facility address isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

ArtD’Hope Foundation reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
